What Is A Search Result Impression?

Impressions are an online marketing term that is synonymous with views. Each time your ad shows up when a consumer does a search, that counts as a view, or an impression. For example, you purchase advertising on HomeFinder.com for zip code 60657. Then, when a consumer searches for a house in zip code 60657 and your ad appears, that counts as one impression for your advertisement.
A Search Result Impression is the number of times an agent's listings appeared in search results.
