What do I do if I'm having problems with my toll free number?

If you are having difficulty with your toll free number, try calling it from a phone other than your cell phone. 

For example: If you expect to have calls routed to your cell phone, calling the Toll Free Number from your cell phone will simply forward to the call to your own mobile phone (as if you are calling your voice mail.) Instead, call from a desk phone or any other phone number to check if it is working.
